RoseAnn’s career has covered a full range of real estate services to include commercial leasing, facility management, construction management, as well as mixed-use, multi-family, HOA, office, retail, and industrial property management.

Joining CSA in 2020, she serves in the role of Director of Property management, managing a portfolio of 500,000 square feet of retail and industrial properties, while serving as mentor to CSA property management professionals.

Beginning her career in 1983, her clients have included a wide range of financial institutions, retirement systems, as well as private investment partnerships. The span of her career has included management of over one million square feet, over 8,000 multi-family units, over $6 million in construction/renovation projects, and participation in the supervision, development and sale of 5 residential condominium projects.

Holding the designation as Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management, an international professional organization whose mission is to advance the profession of real estate management through education and advocacy. Serving as president of the Austin Chapter, she spearheaded a 5-year plan which exceeded goals in membership, educational offerings, professional designations, and net income. These accomplishments were recognized with national awards as well as the award of $10,000.00 in matching scholarship funds. Serving & heading local & national committees within the organization, she has also lobbied on the state and national political levels regarding industry affecting legislation.

She has a strong belief in “paying it forward” through mentorship and has had the honor of doing so with a number of successful members of the real estate management industry.

RoseAnn is the proud mom of a daughter who is a real estate professional in the central business district of Austin. When she is not working RoseAnn enjoys cooking & hosting dinner parties, creating fresh floral arrangements for friends and family as well as working in her garden.
