Joel Hargett is an Associate at CSA Realty. His areas of expertise include: Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation and Investment Analysis.
Prior to joining CSA, Joel owned and operated a fitness business where he managed a team of personal trainers and a clientele of 40+.
He is a native Texan and Austinite, having been born in Austin, he grew up in Conroe, but has since spent the past 14 years in Austin.
Joel earned his bachelor degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin, where he also competed on the Men’s Track and Field Team all four years. After school, he worked in the fitness industry for over 9 years before transitioning into commercial real estate in September of 2017. Being an entrepreneur himself, as well as going through the process of leasing a commercial space for his gym, he is uniquely qualified in helping tenants with their small business goals related to real estate.
He and his wife live in Steiner Ranch with their 2 kids and dog Shiner. They enjoy spending time on Lake Austin and hiking in Colorado whenever they get the chance.
