Chris Gerlach is an Associate at CSA Realty. His areas of expertise include: Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation and Investment Analysis.
Prior to joining CSA, Chris was a member of KW Commercial. Before beginning his commercial real estate career in 2014, Chris was an attorney, executive and entrepreneur.
He is a native Texan, raised in Wichita Falls and Lubbock before spending time in Colorado, Washington D.C. and Northern California. He returned home to Austin in 2010.
Chris earned his bachelor degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado and J.D from the University of Denver College of Law. Chris has over 15 years of experience representing and guiding business teams of different sizes and in multiple fields. He prides himself in providing thoughtful, client focused counsel to entrepreneurs and established businesses alike. He is committed to delivering effective and practical solutions to his client’s real estate needs.
He and his wife live in South Central Austin (78704) with their dog Olive where they enjoy hosting friends and family in taking advantage of all that Austin has to offer.
