Rico Aviles is the Property Manager over the residential division at CSA. His responsibilities include leasing, marketing, accounting, maintaining all communities while ensuring each community is meeting or exceeding market demands. The residential division includes apartments, duplexes, condos, and townhomes from Round Rock to South Austin.
Rico brings over 15 years of experience in property management to CSA and is a Certified Apartment Manager. Prior to joining CSA, he worked in student housing as a road warrior, where he has proven success in over 35 markets nationwide focusing on distressed and lease-up communities. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hot yoga, and spending time with his family.
