Ken is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) with an Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designation. He has over 20 years of experience in property management and is a member of the Austin Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI). Majoring in accounting at Florida State University and possessing strong knowledge in IT, construction, and development, Ken has operated and managed properties in multiple states including Vermont, Florida, Colorado, and Texas.
Upon launching a vacation rental business in Stowe, Vermont, Ken tripled the size of the company in 18 months by increasing service and efficiencies. During his tenure in Florida, he coordinated nearly 3000 student property turnovers in less than two weeks every year. While holding a community association manager license in the State of Colorado, Ken managed and communicated with nearly 4000 homeowners from dozens of Associations.
In his time away from work, Ken enjoys sharing new adventures with his two sons, daughter, and his wife who is a native Texan.
